Career Vision Recriters are now hiring an Executive Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef for a brand-new hotel opening in February 2026. This is a rare opportunity to join the leadership team at pre-opening stage and shape the culinary direction of what will be one of the region’s most exciting new destinations.
We are looking for a passionate and highly organised chef who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food at all times. Whether leading the kitchen or supporting the Executive Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in setting up systems, recruiting your team, and establishing standards that ensure excellence from day one.

• Lead (or support the leadership of) all kitchen operations across multiple outlets
• Deliver a consistent, high standard of food — every plate, every service
• Play a hands-on role in menu planning, costing, and dish development
• Recruit, train, and motivate a new kitchen team with a strong focus on standards and consistency
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and HACCP regulations
• Oversee ordering, stock management, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgeting
• Collaborate with F&B and senior management to ensure smooth pre-opening setup and ongoing service delivery
