We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Executive Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and service.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Passion for food and creativity in menu development.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
