We are looking for an Executive Head Chef to lead and inspire our team of culinarians to deliver the highest quality food to our discerning guests at our award-winning Destination Spa, set within the Leicestershire countryside.
Serving approximately 350 guests every day between two dining areas, across all three meal periods, we require an experienced, reliable leader with a proven track record of delivering high quality food.
You should have exceptional kitchen management skills and be up to date with current food trends.
