Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to oversee culinary operations across multiple sites within our hospitality group. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for food excellence, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing high-performing kitchen teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to step into a strategic, multi-site leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Culinary Operations: Manage kitchen operations across multiple venues to ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Menu Development: Lead the creation and seasonal refresh of menus, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations at each location.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor head chefs and kitchen teams across sites. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide development opportunities.
Standards & Compliance: Ensure all kitchens comply with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures.
Cost Control: Monitor food costs, labor costs, and wastage. Work closely with procurement to maintain budgetary targets and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
Site Support: Provide hands-on support during launches, busy periods, or when a site requires additional leadership.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to audit kitchen performance, quality control, and staff development needs.

Innovation & Trends: Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, ideally across multiple sites or within a group setting.
Strong culinary background with a passion for fresh, high-quality food.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of kitchen financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Certified in food safety and hygiene (Level 3 or higher preferred).

Ability to travel regularly between sites.
