Managed Network Services: To craft and execute MNS strategy keeping abreast with the latest technological advancements, industry regulation and the competitive landscape of the ICT sector in South Africa Your responsibilities will include: Manage the operational execution of all contracts Analyse monthly volumes, revenues and expenses for trends and anomalies Work closely with Technology team to ensure adherence to agreements and for negotiation input Ensure compliance with all agreements, including revenue assurance. Initiate projects, facilitate, and lead cross-functional teams and meetings, both internal and external towards service implementation. Initiate and lead Cross - functional cooperation with the Finance, Billing, Legal, Regulatory and Operational side of the business towards service implementation. In-depth knowledge of our own industry, our clients' industries and within specialism, along with future trends affecting these areas Commercial acumen Attention to detail Negotiating and influencing skills Relationship management Ability to clearly communicate goals, concepts and processes that demonstrate the company's Core Values Big picture thinker Leading in complex environments Thought leader Results-driven and customer-focused Strategy execution Solid technical proficiency in current and future technologies, particularly Roaming, MVNOs, APN and various architectures and technologies Solid mobile networks background including commercial, regulatory and technical interdependencies Ability to initiate and drive negotiations Problem Solving & Analysis skills Integrative thinking People leader and influencing skills
