Description
Responsibilities Support the HSSE Manager/Safety Health Officer/FM and Operation team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met. Support the HSSE Manager/Safety Health Officer/FM, Project and Operation team in all aspects of Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental issues to ensure it is hazard-free. Support the HSSE Manager/Safety Health Officer/FM in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSSE audits in the areas of business and maintenance operations. (etc. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). Planning and attending meetings as required on HSSE related matters. Prepare and submit HSE monthly report based on Performance, LTI, Safety Observation and incident/accident at workplace. Provide support to the department on the implementation of Company HSE initiatives e.g. ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2015 and ISO 9001. Carry out and prepare the daily Site Safety Inspection program and provide the report inclusive with the scheduled Site Safety Audit. Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the HSE Manager/SHO for promulgation to the management. Track and provide regular QHSE performance reports to the Department Head of HSSE. Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures. Requirements Degree in related field such as Safety, facilities management or etc from a university recognized by the Malaysia Government. Minimum 3 years of experience in assets & facilities management or any other related industries. Possess a green book from DOSH and a green card from CIDB. Safety Health Officer (Registered with DOSH). Certified: ISO 45001: 2018 Requirements. Certified: ISO 45001: 2018 Internal Auditor. Certified: Basic Occupational, First Aid, CPR & AED (Expiry 2022). On-Scene Commander (Emergency Response Situation). Certified: Mental Health First Aider. HIRARC and Environmental Aspect Impact Training. Hearing conversation Training.
