Job Description Lead and oversee daily Housekeeping and Laundry operations Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and guest expectations Maintain strong collaboration with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B teams Monitor inventory, cost control, and departmental budgets Manage suppliers, contractors, and pest control programs Drive sustainability initiatives (energy saving, waste management) Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism Ensure VIP rooms are prepared and inspected to the highest standards Oversee Lost & Found procedures and internal controls (linen, uniforms, keys) Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with operational standards Lead, train, and develop the Housekeeping team to maximize performance and engagement Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field 8–10 years of experience in Housekeeping within 4–5 star hotels Strong leadership and team management skills Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence in guest service Solid understanding of housekeeping operations, budgeting, and quality standards Ability to work collaboratively across departments Additional Information What We’re Looking For A proactive leader with strong integrity and professionalism Someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment A team player who values collaboration and guest satisfaction A professional committed to continuous improvement and service excellence Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
