Description The Courtyard Rochester Downtown, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures - Train and supervise housekeeping staff - Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed - Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and guests - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience What are we looking for? Requirements Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods - Ability to lift and move heavy objects - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
