We are a busy family of four, with both parents managing separate businesses. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to help us maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful home environment, so we can focus on quality family time.
Position: Housekeeper/Homemaker (This role goes beyond cleaning — it includes organization, communication, errands, and home management support.)
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Work Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9 AM – 5 PM

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in housekeeping or homemaking is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Clear communication skills in English to ensure instructions are understood and followed.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and make thoughtful, practical decisions.
• Positive attitude and genuine care for creating a welcoming, peaceful home.

• Household Cleaning & Tidying: Maintain a consistently clean and welcoming home by handling everyday tasks such as dishes, dusting, vacuuming, and general tidying.
• Organization & Decluttering: Keep items consistently in their proper places, re-organize when needed, and maintain an orderly, clutter-free environment.
• Laundry Care: Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry with attention to fabric care, instructions, and family preferences.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy family meals and pack lunches for the kids.
• Grocery Shopping: Create shopping lists, shop for groceries, and restock essentials.
• Errands: Assist with errands such as dry cleaning, purchasing household items, and coordinating with home service providers.
• Communication: Check in when unsure of placement, instructions, or preferences to ensure accuracy and consistency.
