Description Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O’Hare / Rosemont is seeking an experienced and hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional cleanliness standards across all two-room suites, public areas, and laundry operations, while leading a unionized team and ensuring compliance with the UNITE HERE collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

This position involves leading, training, and managing the entire housekeeping team, including Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants, while ensuring strict adherence to Embassy Suites brand cleanliness standards across all suites and public areas. The Executive Housekeeper is also responsible for managing departmental finances, labor, supplies, and ensuring full compliance with the UNITE HERE collective bargaining agreement.
