About the role: Manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. Supervise and train housekeeping staff, encouraging professional development and team cohesion. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are available. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in the hotel industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
