About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all guestrooms and public areas. The Executive Housekeeper reports to the Hotelmanager.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will responsible for the following duties:

  • ensure that all guestrooms and public areas are clean and well maintained
  • ensure a seamless, efficient and friendly service at all times is provided
  • close communication with all relevant departments
  • coordinate and inspect the work done by contractors
  • prepare of duty roster
  • ensure high quality standards remain consistently high
  • monitor and control of departmental costs
  • being in charge of administrative tasks

As Executive Housekeeper, we expect from you:

  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
  • minimum of five years experience in Housekeeping
  • minimum of two years Management experience
  • strong leadership skills
  • outgoing personality and positive attitude
  • proven financial capabilities within the Housekeeping department
  • passionate for service
  • fluent in English and German
