As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Supervise and train housekeeping staff * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies * Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness * Ensure compliance with health and safety standards * Coordinate housekeeping schedules Requirements: * Associate's Degree in Hotel Management (preferred) * 5+ years experience in housekeeping, including 3+ years in a supervisory role * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to lift 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning tasks * Ability to work flexible hours Note: Duties may adapt to meet evolving business needs.
