Plans and manages the rooms department and related operations of the hotel to achieve excellent guest satisfaction and quality service while exceeding financial goals.
This position is responsible for planning and day-to-day operations of the rooms division. Recommends the department’s budget and manages expenses within approved budget constraints. Major areas of responsibility/management include: Housekeeping and all public areas.
