SWOT Hospitality is seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper for the Samos Verde M Gallery by Accor (season 2026) We are looking for a dedicated Executive Housekeeper who will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service. About the role: Responsible for the daily operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with established hotel policies and procedures. Lead and direct the housekeeping team to deliver an exceptional level of service and ensure that guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to the highest standards. Manage the department’s budget, labor costs, and administrative functions pertaining to the housekeeping operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met. Recruit, train, and manage staff, promoting professional development and engagement. Implement effective housekeeping procedures and safety standards. Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a luxury hotel environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards of service. Familiarity with quality assurance standards and housekeeping best practices. Ability to handle multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing demands.
