EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER WITH CLUSTER MANAGEMENT ASPIRATIONS

For a very attractive international company, we are looking for a dedicated Hotel Facility Manager to take ownership of all facility services across hotels in Germany — including housekeeping, laundry operations, waste management, and supporting facility services. In this dynamic, cross-border role within a fast-growing hospitality environment, you will be responsible for the overall management and continuous optimization of these services. Ideally, you are based in the Hamburg area and ready to make an impact on a national scale.

REQUIREMENTS - EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER WITH CLUSTER MANAGEMENT ASPIRATIONS

The requirements for this role are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in hospitality;
  • +2 years of relevant working experience in management;
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (Dutch or French is a pre);
  • Able to work independently and with a team;
  • Traveling and working from different locations;
  • Preferably someone who is based in the area of Hamburg and close-by an airport.

The organization you will be working for, offers a broad variety of facility services in the International Hospitality Industry.

Your duties and responsibilities will entail:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the client;
  • Providing regular updates and reports on facility operations, performance, and budget-related matters;
  • Identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and continuously improve service delivery;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors, managing their performance effectively;
  • Monitor vendor service delivery to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and contractual obligations;
  • Oversee back-of-house services — including cleaning, linen, pest control, and waste management — to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the property.
