JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for…

  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage the housekeeping team, often overseeing 50+ staff members in large hotels.
  • Hiring & Training: Recruit, onboard, and train housekeeping personnel to uphold service standards.
  • Scheduling & Delegation: Create cleaning schedules and assign duties to ensure coverage across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet luxury or brand standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage supplies like linens, cleaning products, and equipment.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest complaints or special requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping practices align with health regulations and safety protocols

  • Have previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Possess excellent people management skills
  • Be able to effectively delegate
