Description

Support the HR Business Partner and business leadership in delivering effective people solutions through data-driven HR insights, workforce analytics, reporting, and business partnering.
Analyse employee and workforce data, develop meaningful HR dashboards and reports, identify trends and risks, and translate data into actionable insights to support business and people decisions.
Partner with the HRBP and Business Units on day-to-day HR matters, manpower planning, employee movements, performance, engagement, and employee relations.
Manage end-to-end manpower budgeting and forecasting, including headcount and cost analysis, budget vs. actual variance analysis, and workforce recommendations.
Analyse workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, vacancies, manpower cost, and workforce productivity.
Support workforce cost analysis, including salary costs, overtime, incentives, allowances, and other employee-related costs.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports using advanced Excel, Power BI, and HR systems such as Oracle HCM/People Hub.
Develop workforce forecasts and support business leaders with manpower planning and scenario analysis.
