We seek an employee to implement and execute the Talent Management strategies to enhance organizational Health via effective deployment of engagement & communication strategies of the business whilst contributing in deriving strategic goals and objectives of Human Resources department aligning with Long Range Plan of the company. Key Responsibilities: Involvement in HR strategy formulation process whilst coordinating with both internal and Group HR stakeholders in assuring the alignment with company Hoshin & LRP. Responsible to formulate and drive the plan to enhance organizational health index to achieve set targets in terms of Health. Maintain close communication with Executive & Above employees and attend in order to motivate and retain employees within the organization. Prepare, monitor and control the departmental budget, facilitate the formulation of other relevant budgets such as Manpower Planning. Execute all aspects pertaining to the Business Partnering process for Front End teams, facilitating and proving HR guidance and direction to ensure that the people capability is built and sustained within the units. Maintain good external relationships with relevant institutes, personnels in order to create good image about organization by conducting relevant engagement activities with them. Ensure to in cultivate MAS values and culture suite to Executive & Above teams and drive various engagement activities to keep a highly motivated team. Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field. Professional Qualification in Human Resources PQHRM, CHRP, CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent. Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in a similar HR capacity, with hands-on exposure to core HR functions Strong Interpersonal Skills Excellent Communication Skills
