Description

Safety Compliance: Ensure warehouse operations comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks. Risk Management: Develop and implement risk assessments and safe work procedures. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions. Training & Awareness: Conduct safety inductions for employees. Provide ongoing training on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and use of PPE. Emergency Preparedness: Plan and conduct fire drills and emergency response exercises. Ensure all emergency exits, alarms, and firefighting equipment are in working condition. Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain safety documentation, including inspection reports, training records, and incident logs. Submit regular safety performance reports to management. Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to warehouse layout and processes to minimize risks. Promote a safety-first culture through regular communication and employee engagement.
