Description
Role Purpose The Executive (HSSE) will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our commercial assets and properties. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maintain a safe and secure environment, in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of security standards, regulatory compliance and safety management systems, and the ability to effectively manage operational risks. They will coordinate, execute & facilitate the implementation of KLCCUH HSE Management System and program including policies, procedures, system and processes in line with PETRONAS integrated Group HSE objectives and strategies and in compliance with the relevant statutory requirements.   Main Accountabilities HSE Management System (HSE MS) * Plan and direct HSE management system implementation in HSE operation i.e. manuals, procedures, work instructions, guidelines * Plan and direct HSEMS in accordance to the PETRONAS HSEMS, ISO45001 & ISO 14001 * Lead and monitor implementation of annual HSE Plan at UH managed facilities site based on KLCCUH HSE strategic objectives. Governance * Lead and drive the governance of Contractor Management for safety related issues * Coordinate the Safety Marshall operation and scheduling Monitoring and reporting * Provide advisory on incident reporting process * Monitor the implementation of action item, recommendation and lesson learn of accident across the UH managed facilities Performance Management * Track HSE operation performance & issuance of NCR, NOI & SWO for contractors Requirements Educational Qualification Degree Degree Educational Qualification Field/Branch/Stream HSE, Engineering or equivalent Years of Experience(Overall) Up to 5 years of working experience in managing HSE.
Responsibilities
The Executive (HSSE) is responsible for developing and implementing safety and security strategies for commercial assets in line with PETRONAS and regulatory standards.
