Ltd., the authorized distributor for Toshiba – Digital Multifunctional Copiers, Consumables , Samsung – Mobile Phones and Tabs, Hospitality TV, Large Format Displays (LFD), and Video Walls, and Printer Consumables, ViewSonic  – Multimedia Projectors and Digital Boards & Panels , RISO – Digital Duplicators & Consumables , ASUS – Notebook PCs and, EPads, and Desktop Computers  FEC – POS Solutions, Zebex – Barcode Scanners, Bixolon – Receipt Printers, Rio Touch Smart bords and panels , OCP – UPS, Cassida – Cash Counting Machines.Job Responsibilities •Coordination, and execution of Learning & Development programs. •Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual trainings, including scheduling, communication, and attendance tracking. •Maintain learning platforms and ensure accurate training records and certifications. •Drive internal communication and engagement on learning initiatives. •Liaise with vocational training authorities and external trainers for training purposes.Person Specifications •Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity. •A recognized degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.  •Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. •Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using HR or Learning Management Systems (LMS). •Prior Experience in learning content creation, instructional design, or development of digital training materials will be an added advantage.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply on HIVE before 31/01/2026.
