Key Responsibilities * Provide leadership at PDRA (Product Development Risk Assessment), MI (Moulding Integration), FI (Factory Integration), Pp (Pre-Production). * Ensure the availability of the Tech Pack with PPA champion. * Continuously look for automation options to de-skill the operation at Pre-Production stage. * Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines available for production. * Prepare layout, Yamazumi version 1 and machine setting STW. * Certify Team Members are trained up to the expected standards before PSD. * Be on alert for abnormalities in shop floor and engage in resolving them. * Ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.   Knowledge and Skills * Basic Engineering Degree  * 2 years of experience in manufacturing plant  * GSD License certification  * Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset  * Knowledge on industrial engineering    * Strong & excellent communication, leadership skills & interpersonal skills   * People management skills   * Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools
Responsibilities
Lead product development risk assessments and factory integration while optimizing machine layouts and automation to de-skill operations. Ensure team members are trained to standard and maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and compliance procedures on the shop floor.
