Executive - Industrial Engineering (Based at MAS Bodyline - Pimbura) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure continuous improvement of the operation through lean and industrial engineering principles and related tools to maximize the utilization of man, material & machine, and standard it across the assigned modules. Ensure optimal utilization of the autonomation solutions whilst carrying out Kaizen activities to create maximize productivity. Carry out the activities in the critical path of the factory integration and quick changeover process to minimize bucket loss in the production. Liaise with technical training team and Group Leaders to ensure skill levels of the value stream is upto the required standards. Implement special projects (dancing module, chassis base planning, machine uberization, continuous flow, Lean phase out) for the assigned modules to generate expected business results. Ensure measures are taken to validate the SMVs and consumption given to the manufacturing process are feasible. Ensure accurate work distribution (WD) sheets are uploaded on the shop-floor system on time for a smooth operation. Conduct Yamazumi based on the given plan in order to identify critical areas for improvement, suggest solutions to improve efficiency and conduct training as and when required. Conduct time, method and production studies in the allocated VSM and maintain appropriate records including videos in order to maintain SMV accuracy and enhance efficiencies. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Physical Science or any discipline from a recognized university. 2 years’ production experience in apparel sector. Strong people management and communication skills
