Positioned as a global centre of excellence, the Bodywear Value Stream combines advanced product innovation, technology-led solutions and operational scale to meet evolving consumer expectations across intimate and swim categories. Key Responsibilities: * Provide leadership at PDRA (Product Development Risk Assessment), MI (Moulding Integration), FI (Factory Integration), Pp (Pre-Production). * Continuously look for automation options to de-skill the operation at Pre-Production stage. * Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines available for production.   * Prepare layout, Yamazumi version 1 and machine setting STW. * Identify opportunities to optimize operational work content allocated to TM to increase productive with the same footprint. * Trial out a mini bulk run of the identified optimized & automated opportunities to certify the manufacturing feasibility of the identified opportunities. * Engage with internal & external suppliers to ensure all the required automated solutions are available at all respective plants for productions. Knowledge and Skills: * A Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.  * 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity. * Strong background in apparel production.  * Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

You will be responsible for preparing layouts, optimizing work content, and ensuring machine availability to meet manufacturing goals.
