Executive-Industrial Engineering (Based at Linea Clothing-Kandy) MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Kenya, it offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the Industrial Engineering team. This role would enable you to Improve manufacturability by standardizing both machine & method, with the product development team using PPA process, chassis & autonomation. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership at PDRA (Product Development Risk Assessment), MI (Moulding Integration), FI (Factory Integration), Pp (Pre-Production). Ensure the availability of the Tech Pack with PPA champion. Continuously look for automation options to de-skill the operation at Pre-Production stage. Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines available for production. Prepare layout, Yamazumi version 1 and machine setting STW. Ensure chassis base manufacturing. Certify Team Members are trained up to the expected standards before PSD. Be on alert for abnormalities in shop floor and engage in resolving them. Ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.. Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification. GSD License Certification. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and practices. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven people management abilities with a collaborative approach to team development.
