Executive ‐ Industrial Engineering (Based at Casualline - Mawathagama)   The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining Unichela - Casualline as an Executive ‐ Industrial Engineering based at Mawathagama to improve manufacturability by standardizing both machine & method, with the product development team using PPA (Pre - Production Activity) process, chassis & autonomation.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide leadership at PDRA (Product Development Risk Assessment), MI (Moulding Integration), FI (Factory Integration), Pp (Pre-Production). * Continuously look for automation options to de-skill the operation at Pre-Production stage. * Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines available for production. * Prepare layout, Yamazumi version 1 and machine settings and execute chassis base manufacturing. * Certify Team Members are trained up to the expected standards before, be on alert for abnormalities in shop floor and engage in resolving them, adhere to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical, chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences, Textiles Engineering or in a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an innovative and improvement-driven mindset. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and engage effectively with stakeholders. * Proven ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, contributing positively toward achieving common goals. * Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and Lean Manufacturing tools or GSD certification will be an added advantage.  
Responsibilities
Improve manufacturability by standardizing machines and methods using the Pre-Production Activity process and autonomation. Lead risk assessments and factory integration while optimizing layouts to reduce machine requirements.
