Executive - Industrial Systems Engineering - Operations (BASED AT BALANGODA) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to conduct continuous improvements for production related operations, whilst engaging in SMV analysis, in order to maintain planned production efficiencies whilst increasing productivity across Kreeda. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide suggestions at the development meeting based on the best methods and practices in current manufacturing to order to facilitate a smooth flow in operational activities. Analyze samples critically, prepare operations breakdowns, analyze motions, assign Standard Minute Values (SMV’s) for operations using GSD system to ensure operation cost reduction and analyze and monitor all the product developments are done based on the best manufacturable method in order to improve the operational efficiencies. Provide the fabric consumption in order-to-order fabric at initial sample stage in a timely and effective manner. Develop and categorize chassis for each development season and advise for planning to enhance capacity generation thereby improving productivity and prepare machine layouts in order to facilitate accurate allocation of machines/manpower to obtain optimum output. Standardize method and machines from the development stage and de-skill operations prior to the bulk stage in order to facilitate a smooth flow in operations and Design and develop machine and attachment by doing necessary studies and research in order to improve the productivity. Provide work study techniques in order to improve efficiency and productivity to achieve customer delivery and the quality standard and ensure daily basis cycle time improvement for module potential improvement in order to enhance the capacity of manufacturing. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Textile and Clothing or Physical Science with recognized university 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience Good Negotiation and Communication skills Fluency in English Good IT literacy
