We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to conduct continuous improvements for production related operations, whilst engaging in SMV analysis, in order to maintain planned production efficiencies whilst increasing productivity across Kreeda. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide suggestions at the development meeting based on best methods and practices in current manufacturing to order to facilitate a smooth flow in operational activities. Analyze samples critically, prepare operations breakdowns, analyze motions, assign Standard Minute Values(SMV’s ) for operations using GSD system to ensure operation cost reduction. Analyze and monitor all the product developments are done based on the best manufacturable method in order to improve the operational efficiencies. Produce an accurate costing sheet to achieve the competitive price and give the various costing options to customer in order to reduce the price while adding newness to the product. Provide the fabric consumption in order to order fabric at initial sample stage in a timely and effective manner. Develop and categorize chassis for each development season and advise for planning to enhance capacity generation thereby improving productivity. Prepare machine layouts in order to facilitate accurate allocation of machines/manpower to obtain optimum output. Standardize method and machines from the development stage and de-skill operations prior to the bulk stage in order to facilitate a smooth flow in operations. Design and develop machine and attachment by doing necessary studies and research in order to improve the productivity. Provide work study techniques in order to improve the efficiency and the productivity to achieve customer delivery and the quality standard. Ensure daily basis cycle time improvement for module potential improvement in order to enhance the capacity of manufacturing. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Textile and Clothing or Physical Science with recognized university. 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good IT Literacy
