Job Description WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE? Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission. Generate client acquisition plan. Monitor the performance of the team in terms of vendor partner acquisition. Tracking sales targets of the team. Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handling level commission rate. Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target. Analyze the competition - strategies, partners, promotions, and performance with reports from the sales force and personal research. Maintain accurate records of acquisition. Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor, guide, and manage the team for optimum performance. Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality. Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc. Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments. Produce metrics that provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance. Management for reporting and support. Collaborate with the Marketing, Product development, Call Centre, and Finance team to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated. Create operational dashboards to show sales insights and performance. WHAT DID WE ORDER? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field. Minimum of 6 months of experience within Sales with operational background. Leadership Skills and Negotiation Skills. Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills. Planning and Organizing Skills. Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working. Fluent in both languages Arabic and English. Communication skills (Written and Verbal). Excel Skills.
