Job Description As an Executive within the Investor Services team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely transfer agency activities while maintaining excellent service standards. You will manage a broad range of investor related processes and act as a key point of contact for clients and investors. What you will do You'll manage the full transfer agency process including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, trade processing and investor reporting You'll communicate daily with clients and investors and handle all investor instructions with accuracy and timely delivery You'll ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, Customer Due Diligence and approvals for Omnibus Accounts and Politically Exposed Persons You'll provide accurate and up to date investor information, registers and reports to Accounting and Company Secretarial teams You'll identify and escalate potential client issues, maintain strong information security practices and support ongoing operational planning What we offer Comprehensive remuneration: Motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile Pension Scheme: Generous employer contribution with the ability to allow and increase employee contributions Annual leave: All our employees are entitled to 22 days paid leave.
