Description
Executive/Junior Executive – Information Technology Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT/ Computer Networking /Computer Science or a related field. CCNA / CCNP certification preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in networking, or service-related IT role. Exposure to hospitals, laboratories, or healthcare IT environments will be highly advantageous. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle on-site technical challenges. Willingness to travel to customer locations as required. Job Responsibilities Provide IT support related to medical equipment service operations at external hospital and laboratory sites. Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure to support medical devices, imaging systems, patient monitoring systems, and HIS connected equipment. Install, configure, and modify Windows operating systems and application software for biomedical equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve IT, network, and system-related issues connected to medical equipment and service applications. Support connectivity requirements (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) for medical devices and service systems at customer locations. Coordinate with hospital IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of medical equipment. Assist service engineers with IT configurations, software updates, and system diagnostics related to medical devices. Liaise with principals, vendors, and external service providers for technical support when required. Ensure seamless integration of biomedical devices with hospital systems such as HIS, PACS, and middleware platforms. Maintain service-related IT documentation, logs, and reports. Support implementation of new technologies related to medical equipment services.
