Description

1. Networking Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of OSI and TCP/IP models, IP addressing, subnetting, switching, and routing. 2. Hardware & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with routers, switches, access points, and cabling. 3. Operating Systems & Servers: Proficiency in Windows and windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. 4. Troubleshooting & Analysis: Ability to quickly diagnose, isolate, and resolve network issues 5. Cloud & Modern Networking: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN technologies. 6. Monitoring & Tools: Using tools to monitor network performance, traffic, and manage capacity. 7. Network Security: Implementing firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and wireless security protocols (WPA2/WPA3). 8. Scripting & Automation: Knowledge of PowerShell for automating repetitive tasks. 9. MIS Reports periodically, including open PO / PR, Gate entry to exit time period (TAT Report), Store Inventory count, Vendor Master status 10. Responsibilities

The role involves managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and operating systems, while also handling periodic MIS reporting tasks like purchase order tracking and inventory counts. Additionally, the incumbent will resolve SAP issues and lead automation efforts for recurring tasks and reports.
