Description
Global Immigration Engagement Management services are vital for our global growth plans and will ensure the success of our Immigration practice. The Global Engagement Management team is a network of professionals across the world who support our KPMG firms in their objectives of providing consistently exceptional services to our clients. Global Immigration Engagement Management Associate Consultant will support global immigration client engagement with a wide range of activities: - Work on Inbound activities – Initiation, Application drafting, Submission, Making Payments, Timely follow-ups and Reporting. - Work on client mailbox management and take forward emails/tasks - Work on weekly and monthly client reports for data accuracy and completeness - Draft timely follow-ups to onshore teams to meet SLA commitments - Update applicant records in the immigration tracking system. - Coordinate with the Assistant Manager to fulfill client requests and take the necessary actions. - Identify and escalate potential risks to leadership. - Assist in preparing and maintaining process documentation. - Support ad-hoc projects as needed. This role will also have the chance to contribute to the continuous development of our global processes and technology to support the consistency of high levels of service delivery across our client engagements globally. This is an exciting opportunity with scope for progression for the right individual. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of immigration matters, strong communication skills, credibility, and the ability to drive success within the KPMG network.
Responsibilities
The Associate Consultant will manage inbound immigration activities including application drafting, submission, payment processing, timely follow-ups, and reporting for global clients. This role also involves managing client communications, maintaining data accuracy in reports, and updating records in the immigration tracking system.
