Description
Global Immigration Engagement Management services are vital for our global growth plans and will ensure the success of our Immigration practice. The Global Engagement Management team is a network of professionals across the world who support our KPMG firms in their objectives of providing consistently exceptional services to our clients. Global Immigration Engagement Management Consultant will support global immigration client engagement with a wide range of activities: - The candidate should be fluent in German language - Should be aware of the German work visa types (EU Blue card, ICT, Skilled worker visa, Permanent Visa)  - Work on Inbound activities – Initiation, Application drafting, Submission, Making Payment,  follow-ups and Reporting. - Work on client mailbox management and take forward emails/tasks - Work on weekly and monthly client reports for data accuracy and completeness - Draft timely follow-ups to onshore teams to meet SLA commitments - Update applicant records in the immigration tracking system. - Coordinate with the Assistant Manager to fulfill client requests and take the necessary actions. - Identify and escalate potential risks to leadership. - Assist in preparing and maintaining process documentation. - Support AM and Manager on ad-hoc projects as needed. This role will also have the chance to contribute to the continuous development of our global processes and technology to support the consistency of high levels of service delivery across our client engagements globally.
