Description

Candidates should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services and minor enhancements). Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps etc.). Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts. Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization (business rules, client scripts, flows). Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and ability to deliver in sprint cycles. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to practice growth. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.
