What you’ll do?

• Arranging viewings for potential leasing clients.
• To lease designated portfolio by achieving the targets in occupancy & revenue.
• Ensure that all units managed under the portfolio are operational & ready to lease.
• Update all leads received in the CRM system and follow up all hot potential leads.
• Ensure all the relevant paperwork has been provided to the office once the deal has been finalized and maintain all records.
• Conduct a check-in / Check – out inspection for units with tenants as per the process.
• Identify violations within the community and issue violation/ breaches notices accordingly and keep records and follow up on the same.
• Coordinate with tenants to provide access where and when required for maintenance work.

Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree / business administration / real estate management.
• Certified specialized courses in relevant segments of the real estate profession.
• Experience in Dubai Real Estate Market (non-freehold) is a must.
• Experience from a reputed real estate developers/ Landlords in delivering high customer satisfaction & Customer experience scores.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Property Management.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of the UAE property market, with experience in working with third party clients.
• Fluency in English is required.
