We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive – Key Accounts to join our team and support the leasing and property management operations. Role Purpose: The role focuses on acquiring and managing tenants, ensuring targeted occupancy and retention rates while strictly adhering to company guidelines and SOPs. This position requires strong relationship-building, negotiation skills, and market awareness to contribute to departmental success. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Manage new leasing, renewals, and day-to-day property management activities ✔️ Establish and maintain relationships with companies and brokers to generate leads ✔️ Handle incoming client inquiries and provide accurate information What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills 🔹 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities 🔹 Experience in leasing, and property management is a plus 🔹 Detail-oriented with a structured and proactive approach
