Description
* Candidates should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services) * Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services and minor enhancements). * Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps etc.). * Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts. * Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization (business rules, client scripts, flows). * Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and ability to deliver in sprint cycles. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. * Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to practice growth. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment. * Must be available for shift timings between 2PM to 11PM
