WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As one of our Executive Leaders, you will:

• Oversee daily operations plus ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing FOH team
• Collaborate closely with ownership and the culinary team to uphold the brand’s vision
• Implement systems to improve efficiency, consistency, and guest experience
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, payroll, inventory, and financial goals
• Maintain a strong floor presence and foster a culture of excellence
