Executive - Lean Enterprise (BASED AT JORDAN) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure that all facilities align to lean principles through process audits and to implement new lean initiatives with the involvement of employees whilst, creating a problem-solving culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Gather and monitor relevant data from respective Department Heads and prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a weekly and monthly basis. Monitor the progress of the “Kaizen Hours” with the involvement of relevant employees on a daily basis and support them to complete the Kaizens in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain relevant procedures related to MOS for external and internal audits on same and getting the others involved by conducting pre-audits, MOS Assessments. Handle all external visits related to MOS in order to gain proper knowledge on same and sharing the best practices through Lean initiatives. Facilitate PDCA’s as and when a problem occurs with the relevant employees. Arrange Lean manufacturing related trainings such as, JFB trainings for relevant employees in order to ensure proper lean knowledge is shared and maintained among the employees Facilitate to prepare plant Hosing Kanri & Blue print together with the relevant employees on a yearly basis in an accurate and timely manner. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree/ Diploma in Textile and Apparel or any relevant field. 2 - 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity. Good report writing and Communication skills. Good Analytical skills.
Responsibilities
The Executive - Lean Enterprise will ensure that all facilities align with lean principles through process audits and implement new lean initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, facilitating training, and supporting employees in problem-solving efforts.
