Job Description Executive, Learning & Development The position will support the over-all learning and talent development function across all assets. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, computer skills, and engagement skills across all levels. Lead and drive in organizing the recording, reporting and reviewing of all learning and development materials, resources, records, reports, etc. Organize New Team Member Orientation, from enrollment, welcoming, facilitating sections and engaging throughout the program. Lead and liaise with departmental trainers to support their needs and report submissions. Liaise with functional Program Leads to support in organizing their training, refreshers and other training needs. Drives grooming standards across all departments. Drives training needs analysis and annual training plan cycle. Supports other learning and development programs, initiatives. Passionately shows eagerness to learn, develop, humble, kind and engage with all team members. Promote a culture of continuous learning and wants to make a positive impact across the assets. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development within a five-star hotel. Proven experience in delivering classroom and practical training sessions. Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management systems.
