Executive - Learning and Development (Based at Nawala) - 1 year contract MAS Active is a division of the larger MAS Group, specializing in manufacturing athleisure and sportswear designed for agility, comfort, and performance. MAS Active has set up operations across Sri Lanka, the Dominican Republic, and Italy. Serving top brands like lululemon, Patagonia, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, and Gymshark, MAS Active blends high-performance sportswear with fashion, and is innovating in the space of wearable products that track fitness metrics and workout analytics. We are seeking for an individual to assist in the facilitation of suitable Training and Development interventions whilst, sustaining and improving strategies in order to develop the capabilities of all employees to be in line with current and future organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in carrying out the following in order to ensure that Training and Development needs of employees are met in a timely manner whilst, constantly monitoring same. * Maintain and update all T&D related documentation, ensure accuracy of same, file them in a systematic manner whilst, following up with the Finance team on payments relating to training programs. * Assist in designing and developing competency assessment packs for all training areas including both pre and post training assessments with the consultation of the relevant superiors. * Assist in organizing and coordinating the Job Family based training for the Division together with central belt certifications and other areas of the MOS knowledge transfer model whilst, ensuring effective analysis and reporting of same. * Assist in conducting internal audits of business teams and SBU’s in order to ensure adherence to T&D procedures and practices thereby, facilitating the fulfilment of overall training needs of the Division.  Skills and Qualifications: * Degree in Human Resources or relevant professional qualification. * 1 year experience in Human resources. * Communication skills ‐ Fluent in both English and Sinhala.  * Data analytical skills ‐ Proficient in Excel.  * Designing and developing training materials and learning initiatives.  * Project management.
Responsibilities
