Executive ‐ Learning & Development ‐ Operations (MAS KREEDA BASED AT BIYAGAMA) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support Human Resources Development process and assist in the facilitation of suitable interventions whilst, sustaining and improving strategies in order to develop the capabilities of all employees to be in line with current and future organizational requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, analyze and document the Learning needs in a timely and accurate manner by coordinate and organize skill development programs and initiatives/ Divisional Inductions/ Internships and familiarization programs. Support Divisional Learning and Development initiatives such as EDP, MDP, and Awards etc. and follow up, track and analysis skill achievement, pre & post evaluations and knowledge sharing in a regular basis. Maintain and update all L&D related documentation, ensure accuracy of same, file them in a systematic manner whilst, following up with the Finance team on payments relating to Learning programs. Assist in conducting internal audits of within the SBU’s in order to ensure adherence to L&D procedures and practices; thereby, facilitating the fulfillment of overall learning needs of the plant. Assist in organizing and coordinating the Job Family based Learning for the plant together with Divisional Lean teams and other areas of the MOS knowledge transfer model. Ensure goal moderation process is done effectively across all Executive and above levels at the plant by assist in the completion of performance reviews process and KPI settings for the departments in consultation with the HODs. Ensure that all employees have their JD’s and assist in the updating same by coordinating and liaising with the relevant HOD’s and Divisional HR team. Manage the factory Induction programs for all Executive and above category of employees. Responsible for managing and monitoring plant interns whilst ensuring proper documentations and training plans are in place. Ensure all plant manpower requirements of Executive and above cadre are identified whilst attracting, selecting and recruiting suitable talent to fulfil the business requirements for the SBU. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Human Resource Management or Development field. 2 - 3 years of work experience in Human Resources handling Learning & Development activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good IT literacy.

The Executive in Learning & Development will identify and document learning needs, coordinate skill development programs, and support divisional initiatives. They will also manage induction programs and ensure adherence to learning procedures within the organization.
