We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support Human Resources Development process and assist in the facilitation of suitable interventions whilst, sustaining and improving strategies in order to develop the capabilities of all employees to be in line with current and future organizational requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible to Identify, analyze and document the learning needs in a timely and accurate manner by coordinate and organize skill development programs and initiatives/ Divisional Inductions/ Internships and familiarization programs. * Support Divisional Learning and Development initiatives such as EDP, MDP, and Awards etc. and follow up, track and analysis skill achievement, pre & post evaluations and knowledge sharing in a regular basis to develop the learning culture at the workplace. * Maintain and update all L&D related documentation, ensure accuracy of same, file them in a systematic manner whilst, following up with the Finance team on payments relating to Learning programs and assist in conducting internal audits of within the SBU’s. * Assist in organizing and coordinating the Job Family based Learning for the plant together with Divisional Lean teams and other areas of the MOS knowledge transfer model whilst, ensuring effective analysis and reporting of same to meet the expected standard at the lean calibration. * Ensure Goal moderation process is done effectively across all E& Above levels at the plant by Assist in the completion of performance reviews process and KPI settings for the departments in consultation with the HODs. * Ensuring accurate and effective completion of same as per the divisional standards; Equip functional managers to conduct performance evaluation effectively through OracleT2o system; Effectively plan out PMS cycle and ensure 100% completion within the set deadlines to achieve the divisional targets and meet Hoshin KPI’s. * Ensure that all employees have their JD’s and assist in the updating same by coordinating and liaising with the relevant HOD’s and Divisional HR expert team whilst, ensuring that the department structure is updated on a monthly basis in line with the monthly head count report. * Manage the factory Induction programs for all E& Above category of employees whilst ensuring they are conducted regularly and monitor, improve/ revise induction materials accordingly to ensure consistency and required compliance standards are met. * Responsible for managing and monitoring plant interns effectively whilst ensuring proper documentations and training plans are in place. * Ensure all plant manpower requirements of Executive & above cadre are identified whilst attracting, selecting and recruiting suitable talent to fulfil the business requirements for the SBU. * Assist the Group/Divisional/Internal departments during audits HR, MOS, Compliance & Beyond Compliance by providing adequate evidence and ensure the success of the audits to the expected management standards.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Degree in Human Resource Management or Development or a relevant field.  * 2 - 3 years of work experience in Human Resources handling Learning & Development activities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good IT Literacy.
