Description
Objective: This position is responsible for supporting the real estate team in sourcing, evaluating, and securing retail spaces across designated markets. The role includes negotiating lease terms, maintaining lease documentation, and assisting in expansion and renewal strategies to support the company’s retail growth. Key Responsibility: Lease Negotiation & Coordination Assist in negotiating lease terms for new stores, renewals, and relocations under guidance from senior leasing staff. Prepare Letters of Intent (LOIs), proposals, and lease deal summaries. Liaise with landlords to follow up on lease documentation, approvals, and handovers. Market Research & Site Visits Conduct site visits and gather data on foot traffic, visibility, accessibility, and competitive environment. Assist in preparing site evaluation reports and presenting findings to internal teams. Lease Documentation & Tracking Maintain accurate records of leasing deals, including rent, lease term, and critical dates. Coordinate with the lease administration and legal teams to ensure smooth documentation and compliance. Track lease expiry dates, rent escalations, and renewal timelines. Stakeholder Engagement Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and mall management for day-to-day leasing queries. Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, and store planning) to align leasing actions with business needs. Desired Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, real estate coordination, or property management. Exposure to retail leasing processes in GCC markets is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
