We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Legal Assistant to support our team of attorneys in their pursuit of justice for our clients. This role is crucial to our operations, serving as the backbone of administrative support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Position Overview: The Executive Legal Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and legal support tasks, allowing our attorneys to focus on their cases. Key responsibilities will include: Maintaining a high level of organization for the attorneys’ calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Managing file maintenance, including handling sensitive documents and ensuring compliance with court deadlines. Coordinating communications with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders while maintaining professionalism. Other administrative and office duties as necessary to ensure the firm operates smoothly. Why Join Us? Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a legal environment. Strong understanding of the legal terminology and procedures, particularly related to personal injury law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive client information. Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
