We will consider Hybrid (in office 2-3 days per week) for the right candidate, after a probationary period. Requirements: · Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Practice Assistant (Litigation) in CA · Experience supporting Senior Executives · Must handle confidential materials with discretion · Be organized and have skills to prioritize daily · Literate in Office 365, iManage, Macros, time and billing software, and Adobe · Experienced in e-filing in both State and Federal Courts · Outstanding Customer Service Skills Job Duties: · Draft, review and revise documents including correspondence and pleadings · Format court pleadings according to court rules · Manage complex Calendars, scheduling meetings · Making travel arrangements · E-filing in various courts · Manage multiple projects and follow through · Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, staff and peers · Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders with professionalism and tact Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, 401K and much more.
