Title Executive (Legal)Reporting To Manager (Legal)Mission (Sources of Values) TRe’s aspiration is to become a regional sustainable clean energy developer and asset manager.Accountability & Responsibility Legal Corporate, Commercial and Operational Transactions-  advise, draft and/or review all legal documents such as shareholders agreements, sale and purchase agreements, MOUs, NDAs, collaboration agreements, service agreements, land lease agreements and financing agreements. Project Transactions- advise, draft and/or review contract terms for transactions with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors. Legal Operations Standardization- develop templates, policies and best practices to ensure efficiency across all legal processes. Identify and continuously monitor all legal compliance issues. Provide legal opinion to internal and external customers in connection with the business conducted. Attend to negotiations or meetings with internal and external parties Research and respond to general legal inquiries related to commercial and operational matters, regulatory issues, privacy matters, fraud     issues, and litigation.   Risk Identify legal and contractual risks and make recommendations to mitigate risks.  Authority • As per TNB LOAKPIs End Products Yearly Annual Performance Review Legal works.
