About Job: Executive Litigation & Claims role at ACKO is a critical position that requires an individual to manage Motor Third Party Litigation data. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring seamless communication with various internal teams and external vendors, and providing proactive assistance to the litigation team. Skills & Qualification Graduate in LLB from a recognized University in India Good command on written and spoken English,Hindi & any one regional language Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada Ability to speak Hindi would be an added advantage Experience in the data maintenance of any institution Proficiency in MS Office Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work efficiently on set goals and maintain relevancy and quality Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Manage Motor Third Party Litigation data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Receipt and inwarding of court notices, awards, and advocate opinions, along with scanning of documents Send couriers to various internal teams and external vendors, including vakalaths and investigation reports Maintain required MIS of Outstanding/Closed Claims, along with physical files, and forward closed files for archival Coordinate with advocates across Pan India to take updates on the next and current stage of each outstanding claim, updating the same in the system/MIS Take full responsibility of managing all inward and outward documents Take full responsibility of managing physical files Take responsibility of archival of closed files after receipt and uploading all required documents in the system Take follow-up with all advocates periodically for case status Provide proactive assistance to the litigation team Work efficiently on set goals and work to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality Coordinate within the investigation team Coordinate with Vendors/Panel Advocates
